Product leadership in multiple lines of business including: Siebel Insurance eBusiness (CRM application software),  Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM application software), Siebel Customer Data Integration suite (middleware).

Selected for high profile leadership development role through company-wide stack-ranking of approximately 200 hires in pre-Director product management or alliances roles. Worked directly with CEO/Founder, Thomas M. Siebel for 18 months.
